This policy governs the processing of personal data on cores.agency(the “Site”), operated by Cores. For data inquiries contact: info@cores.agency.

02 — Data We Collect

We collect only the data you voluntarily provide via the contact form:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Project description
  • Project stage and priority

The Site uses no cookies, installs no trackers, and connects to no third-party analytics services.

03 — Purpose and Legal Basis

Data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and discuss potential collaboration. The legal basis for processing is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR / equivalent applicable law).

04 — Storage and Transfers

Form data is delivered via the Telegram Bot API to a private operator chat. It is not stored in any Site database, is not sold, and is not shared with third parties, ad networks, or partners.

05 — Retention

Data is retained until the inquiry is resolved or upon your request. If no engagement follows, data is deleted within 30 days of the last communication.

06 — Your Rights

Under applicable law you have the right to:

  • Access data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Withdraw consent and request erasure of your data

Submit requests to info@cores.agency. We respond within 30 days.

07 — Policy Updates

We may update this policy. The effective date in the header reflects the latest revision. For material changes we will notify you via email if we hold your contact details.
