Sea-Detail — Mobile Detailing
A high-performance landing for an on-site automotive detailing service

Sea-Detail is a mobile detailing service — the specialist comes to the client. The audience is car owners searching on their phones the moment they need it. The brief: dark editorial aesthetic, instant mobile load, content management without a developer.
Challenge
The client ran a Tilda template. The page weighed 3+ MB and LCP exceeded 5 seconds on mobile. Conversion was suffering — users left before seeing the offer. A full rebuild was needed with a hard performance budget: under 50 KB transfer, LCP under 1 second.
Approach
We chose Next.js App Router with SSG for static pages and Payload CMS as headless backend — the client edits prices and text through a clean UI without touching code. All images use Next.js Image with automatic WebP and lazy-loading. CSS Modules, zero render-blocking JS on first paint except the critical initialisation path.
Outcome
DCL 269 ms, full load 433 ms on 33 KB transfer. Lighthouse Performance: 100. Real-device mobile LCP consistently under 800 ms. The client updated the price list independently within 15 minutes of handoff.
